YARG!

Part of my use of time since I'm home more is continuing to chip away at the clutter and the unpacking that has sat for over a year now. There are things I've been missing, and as I dig deeper through stuff, I realize it more particularly since I know I'm working to get to it.

One of the problems with "old" clutter mixing with new clutter is that new things are getting lost to it. Part of the problem is that in the year and some we've been here, we're still only now just establishing where things go. So some things do not yet have a home. And that means there is stuff in limbo.

Ultimately, this will get better with time. I've already made huge strides to declutter some of the things in storage, and once I'm able donate it, large amounts of stuff will be leaving the house.

It's all just a matter of time and effort, and I find that I have willingness to both right now.

But it does mean that those sample sets of pen inks I got from Goulet Pens will have to wait until I find it again since it hadn't made it into what is now the place I keep my pens and my other inks and paper. And as with everything else, Goulet isn't shipping right now, so buying some replacements isn't going to work either. :-)

Yarg I say. :-)

This too shall pass.

In the meantime, I did find my jar of turquoise and that means I can start my paper journaling the way I want.

In other news, we continue to remain healthy. I'm not looking forward to my week at work, but I'll do what I can to stay as safe as possible. I feel very privileged and fortunate that I can work from home most of the time, and I'm trying to stay very cognizant of the folks who are still working every day to keep us all floating. It's a crazy world out there.

Stay safe, y'all. Love you.

Clutter... for over three weeks I have now been sitting among boxes while renovations are on hold. I have access to way fewer things for much longer than I though and I find I do not mind too much.
Once I get to unpacking again, whenever that might be, I will probably throw out even more.
Good luck finding everything again!
