So much to write, and so little motivation. :-)

I need to find some undivided time to sit down and plow through two topics I want to commit to the ether. One about managing expectations with an eye towards improving reactions to negative outcomes, and one about time management and the struggle of distraction. Both are issues strong in my brain these days for various reasons, and I feel like if I spend some time writing out my thoughts on them, it will help.

When I get time and motivation. :-)
