glitch25Tonight's dinner experiment will be Green Chile Mushroom Risotto.
Regular Mushroom Risotto is my usual side dish for pan-fried salmon, which is what I decided I'd like to make tonight, and since I happen to have lots of Green Chile around, I looked at my Green-Chile partner in crime and asked if we should.. And well.. that of course was a silly question. :-)
If it turns into something good, I'll post a recipe.
